Since my childhood I was in love with fitness and wellness.

I was an athlete and when I was 18 years old injured both knees and needed 2 surgeries and almost 2 years of physiotherapy.

When pilates came to my life I discovered a way to do everything I love; run, cycle, play soccer with my kids...

I have experience teaching clients at all levels; beginners, advanced, pre & post partum, clients with injuries and more. 

I received a Bachelor's degree in PE and Nutrition.

I'm Nationally Certified Pilates teacher (NCPT).  Exercise is Medicine credentialed Professional (ACSM).
