Laura Gail has been an Ace Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. She won the IDEA inspiration medal at the 2014 world fitness convention. Laura Gail is constantly looking for new ways to keep her clients motivated by bring the new and exciting fitness trends to her workout. She is up to date on all of the latest trends and technology. During her workouts you can expect to build your self-confidence, self-esteem, muscle strength and endurance.

After taking a class with Laura Gail Diamond, each individual client feels stronger and healthier and they all come back for more. Laura Gail found Daily Breath Pilates when it fist opened in November 2015 and really liked the concept of The reformer and TRX. This is the safest equipment for a person to use for their workout. She believes that safety is the number one factor in a person’s workout.

Since my childhood I was in love with fitness and wellness.

I was an athlete and when I was 18 years old injured both knees and needed 2 surgeries and almost 2 years of physiotherapy.

When pilates came to my life I discovered a way to do everything I love; run, cycle, play soccer with my kids...

I have experience teaching clients at all levels; beginners, advanced, pre & post partum, clients with injuries and more. 

I received a Bachelor's degree in physical education in 2000 (UFMG) and in nutricion in 2005 (UNIBH).

I'm PMA certified pilates teacher. The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) is the world's largest professional association for Pilates professionals. I got certificated in Pilates Mat in 2007 and in Pilates Studio in 2010, from Polestar Pilates Education ( more than 600 hours in a teacher training program) . I'm a member of PMA (Pilates Method Alliance).

I also have certifications and continuing education credits through Pilates Sport center, SPINNING instructor traininig, TRX Suspension Training, PMA and IDEA fitness.

My first pilates studio was opened in 2006.
Recently I gave classes to the Olympic British Womens Sprint Kayak team.

 

This complimentary 30 minutes session will introduce you to our state-of-the-art equipment, including the Pilates Reformer, Spring Board, TRX Suspension Training, and more. A Daily Breath Pilates Instructor will guide you through specific Pilates Principles, how to breath correctly and to engage your core. Don't forget to bring your grip socks. Enjoy the class.
