 The Foundation - Introduce students to the pilates principles and "power-house". Lessons focus on introductory pre mat work and Pilates history.

Teacher Biography

Renata Oliveira, MS, PMA®-CPT, is the Director of Education and the owner of Daily Breath Pilates. She has been PMA Certified since: 12/20/15 and has over 20 years teaching experience in the field of Exercise and Pilates. Renata had her bachelor degree in Exercise Science in 2000 (UFMG) and Nutrition in 2005 (UNIBH). She has been practicing Pilates since 2004 and has another studio Ares Pilates in Brazil with Renata Couto, PMA®-CPT and Physical Therapist. She completed her Mat Pilates Training in 2007 and Comprehensive Training from Polestar Pilates Program in 2010. This Pilates training began with more than 450 hours in intensive weekend training workshops, anatomy classes, observing, assisting, and teaching under certified Pilates instructor, and self directed practice to gain proficiency in the Pilates Method. Renata has continued to expand her knowledge with ongoing education, including Pilates for Scoliosis, Runners, TRX (Suspension Training), Gyrotonic, Spinning , Pilates for athletes and so many others.  During that time she has taken numerous workshops under some first generation teachers - Lolita San Miguel and Ron Fletcher. She created this Pilates training program because she felt that there was a gap between the information offered in basic Pilates training programs and other types of conditioning training. She created Courageous Pilates and Brazilian Butt Pilates.

Daytime Course: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 12:15pm to 4:15pm (week days course)


Module 1 - October 3rd - 5th/2018
Module 2 - December 21, 28th/ January 2,4,7

Daytime: Saturdays  and Sundays 12:00pm to 6:00pm (weekend course) 

Module 3 - Oct 06th-20th 2018/January 03, 05th and 06th 2019
