Laura Gail has been an Ace Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. She won the IDEA inspiration medal at the 2014 world fitness convention. Laura Gail is constantly looking for new ways to keep her clients motivated by bring the new and exciting fitness trends to her workout. She is up to date on all of the latest trends and technology. During her workouts you can expect to build your self-confidence, self-esteem, muscle strength and endurance.

After taking a class with Laura Gail Diamond, each individual client feels stronger and healthier and they all come back for more. Laura Gail found Daily Breath Pilates when it fist opened in November 2015 and really liked the concept of The reformer and TRX. This is the safest equipment for a person to use for their workout. She believes that safety is the number one factor in a person’s workout.

 The Daily Breath Pilates Semi-private Intro Class is the perfect way to start you Pilates journey, to learn about our state-of-the-art equipment and to know our studio! It's a 30-minute, full-body session with one of our well trained Pilates Instructors.
