Laura Gail found Daily Breath Pilates when it fist opened in November 2015 and really liked the concept of The reformer and TRX. This is the safest equipment for a person to use for their workout. Beginners Pilates(40 min) - Level 1
This restore class is done on the reformer and springboard. Improve strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. You can do this class everyday or to restore your body after hard workouts. These classes teach you the basics of the method through a series of simple, challenging exercises. The goal for this level is to find your powerhouse, to begin to find lift in the body and to even out the alignment of the torso. You will start to feel the benefits of Pilates.

This complimentary 30 minutes session will introduce you to our state-of-the-art equipment, including the Pilates Reformer, Spring Board, TRX Suspension Training, and more. A Daily Breath Pilates Instructor will guide you through specific Pilates Principles, how to breath correctly and to engage your core. Don't forget to bring your grip socks. Enjoy the class.
